With a six-year background in Motorsport, the Agency currently operates in the Football industry, with the primary objective of managing, developing and safeguarding the careers, the image and the assests of professional Coaches and Football players.
The Agency also provides its services even to Football Clubs and International Agencies, facilitating and supporting individual negotiations, ensuring the most effective and successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Career Contracts
We assist coaches and football players throughout the process of analyzing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with the clubs, with the primary objective of securing the most comprehensive and advantageous contractual terms. We also monitor, support, and protect our clients at every stage of their careers, assisting with contract amendments, renewals, and future resolutions.
Image Rights
We assist coaches and football players in the analysis, negotiation, and execution of image rights agreements with technical, commercial, promotional, and advertising partners. Our objective is to secure the most comprehensive and advantageous agreements while safeguarding and enhancing our clients' image with the utmost care, coordinating and supervising relationships with specialized external partners (communications, marketing, and social media agencies).
Intermediations
We assist clubs and international agencies in the intermediation of coaches and football players, facilitating and supporting individual negotiations. We work alongside clubs during the contract signing phases for a new coach, as well as in the buying and selling processes of football players. We also support international agencies in identifying new professional opportunities for their coaches and football players.
Talent Scouting
We continuously monitor and scout new players by analyzing professional youth and senior competitions. This allows us to build a comprehensive overview of national and international competitions and to identify talented players suited to specific sporting and project contexts, with the aim of offering sustainable and valuable solutions for both players and clubs.
Legal & Fiscal Consultancy
We assist coaches and football players in strategic assessment of legal, tax, and financial aspects related to their sporting careers and post-career planning.
